Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. These terms
These terms govern your use of anatureltd.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by ANATURE LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 06538975, whose registered office is at 19 The Circle, Queen Elizabeth Street, London SE1 2JE, United Kingdom (“Anature”, “we”, “us”). Full company details are on our Legal & Company Information page.
2. The site is informational
This site describes services we provide to businesses. Nothing on it is a contractual offer, a quotation, or advice on which you should act without speaking to us. A commercial relationship with Anature arises only from a written quotation or contract signed by both parties.
Descriptions of Anature's capabilities describe what we build; the exact scope of any system delivered to a client is defined in that client's own specification and contract.
Where this site refers to payments, Anature provides the technical integration between a client's systems and the payment institutions with which that client holds its own contract. Anature Ltd does not provide payment services, does not hold funds, and is not authorised or registered by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site is an offer of payment services.
3. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we give no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time, without notice and without liability. You are responsible for the security of the device and connection you use to reach it.
4. Your use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation or availability;
- extract, scrape or systematically copy its content, whether manually or automatically, for reuse or republication;
- use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages, abusive content or anything unlawful.
We will report any conduct we believe to be criminal to the appropriate authorities, and will cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, structure, wording, graphics, logos, illustrations, layout and code — is owned by Anature Ltd or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and, where applicable, trade mark law.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you do not alter them and you keep all notices of ownership intact. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution, adaptation or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent. Quoting a short passage with a clear attribution and a link back to this site is permitted.
“Anature” is the name of our software and is used as a trade mark of Anature Ltd. Nothing on this site transfers or licenses any right in that software, or in the methods and systems we develop.
6. Links
Where we link to third-party sites, we do so for information. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it, nor for any loss you may suffer from using them.
You may link to this site from your own, provided you do so fairly and lawfully, do not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, and do not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw permission to link at any time.
7. Information you send us
Information you send through the enquiry form or by email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We treat commercial and technical information you share with us as confidential and use it only to respond to your enquiry.
Please do not send confidential technical material — formulations, specifications, supplier terms — through the form. Tell us the shape of the problem; we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and because this site is provided free of charge for information:
- we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or equity;
- we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it;
- we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that infects your equipment through your use of this site or a site linked from it.
These exclusions do not affect the terms of any signed contract between Anature and a client, which govern that relationship and set out the liability that applies to it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Check it when you visit; the version in force is the one published at the time of your visit, with the date shown at the top.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
