3. Data protection
Anature Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. How that data is handled, and the rights you have over it, are set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
4. Regulated status
Anature Ltd develops and supplies software. It is not a member of a regulated profession and holds no professional authorisation number.
Where a system we build integrates payment, Anature Ltd acts as a technical service provider: it connects and orchestrates the payment institutions and acquirers with which our client holds its own contract. Anature Ltd does not receive, hold or transmit client or end-customer funds, does not issue means of payment and does not act as merchant of record. It is accordingly not a payment service provider within the meaning of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and is not authorised or registered by the Financial Conduct Authority. Card data is captured and stored by the payment provider concerned, under that provider's own PCI DSS certification.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted on infrastructure operated by the company on its own account. Hosting provider details are available on request to business@anatureltd.co.uk.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, structure, graphics, logos, illustrations and software — is the property of Anature Ltd or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright and, where applicable, trade mark law. It may be consulted freely. It may not be reproduced, republished, adapted or exploited commercially, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Anature Ltd. Quoting a short extract with a clear attribution and a link to this site is permitted.
The systems, methods and software Anature builds for its clients remain governed by the contract concluded with each client; nothing on this site grants any licence in respect of them.
7. Governing law
This site, and any dispute arising from its use, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
